Won't display location in other programs

I have a group of pictures all taken the same day that have been successfully tagged by Trackr BUT the information will not show up in other programs like ACDSeePro and XNView. The GPS info normally shows up in these programs. Have never had this before and I don't think I did anything differently with these images. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? DaveC
