How to fix the activation wizard looping problem.

Some people are having some looping problem when they try to activate the product. If you are experiencing such a problem, please use the following link the download the latest installation package:

Copy the link above and paste it into your browser. Replace the ACTIVATION_KEY with your activation key. If you type in your Pro activation key, you will get the Pro version. If you use the basic version key, you will get the basic version.

Uninstallation of the old program might be required. Please backup your data prior to the uninstallation. Please contact support@gisteq.com if you are having any other problems.

You'll have to replace the "ACTIVATION_KEY" from the link above with your own activation key found on the CD envelope or from the Pro version upgrade email if you had purchased the Pro version upgrade online.

Link still does not work, even with ACTIVATION_KEY replaced with the serial number the link still redirects to the homepage. Please GISTEQ, at least make the website work, even if the software doesn't...

This does not work. Even with the correct serial number in place you will be thrown back to http://www.gisteq.com

This solution is not very helpful!

Please go to http://www.gisteq.com/program-update.html to download the latest software. Note that it will ask you for your activation key.

This solution still doesn't work. Why is it nessecary to input your serial number when this is properiatery software that only (sometimes) works with Gisteq products? I fail to understand the logic.... please fix this!

I just purchased the Phototrakr. Unfortunately, the software does not allow me to get past the activation screen. Everytime I submit my e-mail address and activation key a pop-up states that I am unable to connect with server. I have tried everything suggested on the forum. I uploaded new software from the website (which requires the activation code). I registered on-line directly. No luck. What do I do now?

I'm from Holland so my English is not so well.
I have a lot of problems with installing de software, also the looping problems. i buy a dpl700 and upgrade it online to a pro version. I
i have do AL the things that was necessary . But i have still a lot of problems . I'm so tiered now because i tried it for 5 ours now.

i get this a warning when i want to use the program

Native protection system can''t find a valid version of a protected .NET assembly:
Data logger, version=2.2.129.0 Culture=neutral publicKeyToken=112321e5b7aa36c6

I have installed service pack 3 en an New NET version.
What can i do?
