Questions Regarding Phone Client Error Messages!

Hi...
I installed the last MobileTrackerPPC.exe version,but I have the same mistakes !

Error Message :

Current Guardian Phone Client installed Version: v.1.0.11.20
Guardian Device Model: AS100
Describe the problem briefly:
When the tracker send a SMS... the Guardian Phone Client is in error ! When I chose "Details" I looked the error message on the top of this post.
Can you reproduce the same problem : Yes
(if yes) please provide steps to reproduce the problem again:
1- I press hold on the emergency button to send a Emergency SMS to my Mobile Phone.
2- I ask by the Guardian Phone Client to start tracking. My Mobile Phone send a sms (I receiving an confirmation SMS by my provider). And next the Guardian Phone Client is in error.

Please make sure you have uninstall the old client before installing the new program.

Please test out the following steps.
1- Make sure there is signal on the device, then press and hold the SOS on the AS100 device until the LCD display "Emergency SMS". --> Wait until the phone client start running and map is displayed.
3- From the menu--> select "Start tracking" --> waits till it display the map.
4- Do not overload with too many requests.

Note: The wait time is dependent on the signal strength.

I try it...

1- I reboot my device... next I turn on my AS100... I wait for the GSM and GPS signal... I press hold in the emergncy button... I see on the LCD display "Emergency SMS"... I wait the phone client... The phone client start... and Error ! The same mistake...
2- I reboot my device... I lunch the phone client... I touch my disply on "Menu" and "Start tracking"... I know by my provider than my SMS received by the AS100... and next my device fall in error too !

And you are able to do other functions such as get location request from your phone. Try to see if you can do the following.
From your mobile device do a Get Location (start tracking), Audio surveillance, and Geofencing (parameter > 300ft).

I always have the same problem with my phone !
I tried a new test with a another phone... I had the same result...
I think resale my device... if someone is interested...contact me...
