Photorackr turns my Raw files pink

OS : Mac OS X 10.6.4
Software : PhotoTrackr Pro 4.7.1 G

Here follows the description of the problem.

Whenever I import photos into Phototrackr it turns all of them a reddish pink hue.

Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? I have sent a message to tech support but received no response at all.

There might be some compatibility issue with your raw images. Did that issue affect the geotagging part? Were you able to view the geotagged images in other software after?

Veiwing the image in any other software resulted in the same tint to the photos.

Running on a MAC. And I already have sent the files but I haven't heard anything. I even sent an email asking about it and never heard back.

Is there anyone there who can supply an even remote amount of technical support?

I'm really disappointed with support from Gisteq. You would think that when a company releases a product they would do everything in their power to support the paying customer.

Guess that's not the case here.
