If you purchase our product through GiSTEQ authorized dealers, please consult with them regarding their return policy. If you purchase through the GiSTEQ online store, please see our return policy below:
Here is the return policy for purchases made through GiSTEQ online store:
- You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days (45 days for international customers).
- Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return.
- When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. GiSTEQ will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
- Customer must inform GiSTEQ of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy.
- All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. Gisteq Corp will not reimburse any customer for the return shipping cost.
- Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
- GiSTEQ reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
- Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

GISTEQ’S OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED BY GISTEQ CORP. UNDER THE GISTEQ BRAND NAME ARE SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
GISTEQ CORP. WARRANTS THAT THE HARDWARE PRODUCT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM GISTEQ CORP. OR FROM A GISTEQ CORP. AUTHORIZED RESELLER IS FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
SHOULD A PRODUCT FAIL TO PERFORM AS DESCRIBED ABOVE WITHIN THE WARRANTED PERIOD, IT WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED WITH THE SAME OR FUNCTIONALLY EQUIVALENT PRODUCT BY GISTEQ, AT ITS DISCRETION, FREE OF CHARGE PROVIDED YOU: (1) RETURN THE FAILED PRODUCT TO A GISTEQ DESIGNATED REPAIR FACILITY WITH SHIPPING CHARGE PREPAID, AND (2) PROVIDE GISTEQ WITH PROOF OF THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITH SHIPPING CHARGES PREPAID (VALID FOR U.S. LOWER 48 STATES ONLY. EXTRA COST WILL BE APPLIED FOR ALASKA, HAWAII OR ANY OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS). THE PRODUCT MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED WITH THE RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGING. ALL EXCHANGED PARTS AND PRODUCTS REPLACED UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF GISTEQ CORP. PRODUCTS THAT FAIL WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PRODUCT. GISTEQ MAY REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO ISSUING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.
GISTEQ HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER WITH REGARD TO ANY CONTENT OR DATA ON RETURNED PRODUCTS.
TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE AND BEFORE RETURNING A GISTEQ PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT THE GISTEQ TECHNICAL SUPPORT (SUPPORT@GISTEQ.COM). ONCE GISTEQ DETERMINES THAT A REPAIR IS REQUIRED, GISTEQ WILL ISSUE AN RMA NUMBER. A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT OR BILL OF SALE BEARING THE NAME AND LOCATION OF GISTEQ AUTHORIZED RESELLER AND THE GISTEQ SERIAL NUMBER AND MODEL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT IN WHICH THE DEFECT HAS BEEN REPORTED MAY BE REQUIRED AS A PROOF OF YOUR PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE GISTEQ PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE ORIGINAL, UNALTERED GISTEQ TRADEMARK, TRADE NAME OR LOGO AFFIXED TO THEM. GISTEQ DOES NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCT THAT IS NOT MANUFACTURED BY, FOR, OR WITH PERMISSION FROM GISTEQ.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- ABUSE, UNREASONABLE USE, MISTREATMENT, OR NEGLECT
- UNUSUAL PHYSICAL OR ELECTRICAL STRESS OR POWER FLUCTUATIONS
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY MODIFICATION OR REPAIR NOT MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY GISTEQ
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OR IMPROPERLY USED PACKAGING
- PRODUCTS THAT ARE DETERMINED TO BE STOLEN
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. GISTEQ SHALL NOT UNDER AY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCTS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES OR COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, EVEN IF GISTEQ IS INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
